The why-how-who of planning your estate is as simple as counting 1-2-3

STEP 1: Understand WHY it is vital to have a current Will.

STEP 2: Understand HOW your Will can be prepared or up-dated.

STEP3: Understand WHO you wish to benefit after your death.

Why have a Will?
A valid Will lets you decide before your death how your assets will be distributed and guarantees this will happen according to your instructions.

How to make a Will?
We strongly recommend that you consult a legal practitionersuch as a solicitor or Trust Company who will ensure that your wishes are properly expressed using the correct legal wording. If you do not know a solicitor orTtrustee Company we can assist you in finding someone in your area.

Who should benefit from your estate?
Making a will allows you to make provision for your family, leave gifts to friends and extend your support for the charities that are important to you. By pledging your support to The Spastic Centre, you will have the comfort of knowing that your gift will ensure the provision of vital services and therapies that will enable children with cerebral palsy to develop into independent individuals to take their rightful place in society.

How to leave a gift in your will:
- Please contact us for further information.
