What’s great about working in Children’s Services
The majority of services offered by the team are during weekday, daytime hours and in some teams/roles we are able to offer flexible family friendly hours of work. We offer all employees great training and for some the option to participate in our overseas development program! As many roles are graded, there can be opportunities for career development with the organisation. Regular staff catch ups and appraisals assist with this process.
