Corporate Support Services are made up of the Accounts, IT and People, Learning and Culture teams. They provide a range of services to employees, the Board and clients across the state of NSW and the ACT.
Corporate Support Services provide both strategic and operational advice and services in areas of financial, accounting, information technology, pay and benefits, employee and industrial relations, recruitment, learning and development, OHS&IM and volunteers.
Advice and services are provided so as to ensure that human, financial and operational resources are managed in a fashion that supports The Spastic Centre’s vision, mission and key strategic objectives.
The consultancy group provides professional support and mentoring in allied health, learning and development activities and social development activities.

The teams that make up Corporate Support Services are located at The Spastic Centre’s corporate offices in Allambie Heights.
Corporate Support Services are made up of practitioners and professionals who work collaboratively with management, employees, the Board and families to meet their needs. The practitioners and professionals in the various teams include accountants, debtors and creditors’ clerks, purchasing officers, network administrators and engineers and administrators and specialists in recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, pay and benefits, OHS&IM and volunteers’ management.
Corporate Support Services employs approximately 40 staff.
