Senior Managment

The Senior Management team provides leadership and direction to services that will ensure the achievement of The Spastic Centre’s overall mission and strategic direction.

The Senior Management Team of The Spastic Centre works actively with the CEO and Board of Management in setting and implementing the organisation's mission and strategic goals. Each senior manager ensures that business plans of programs and services within their sphere of influence are aligned with the organisation’s strategic plan. Senior managers support the Service Managers to ensure the efficient allocation of resources and effective coordination of services provided by The Spastic Centre.

A key role of the Senior Management Team is to develop productive working relationships with key organisations in the sector, identifying key trends affecting the sector internationally and nationally and then using this information to inform strategic planning. Members of the Senior Management Team represent the organisation at high level forums that reflect the issues pertinent to the core business of The Spastic Centre.

Who's who in the team

The Senior Management team comprises leaders across a diverse range of services and geographical areas, working collaboratively to support the delivery of services to people with disabilities and their families. The General Manager Services and Regional Managers are directly responsible for the delivery of services across NSW and ACT. They are supported in this task by senior managers in corporate service areas including Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Fundraising and Events, Research and Planning.
