People with a disability have two employment options:
Open Employment
These are jobs in the open labour market, where the individual is competing against the general population for jobs in the commercial, government or community sectors. For most people with a disability this
is a viable option,
once they are provided with the skills and support to secure a job.
Transition To Work (TTW) Program
SEDS can offer an individualised employment preparation program for school leavers utilising Transition To Work (TTW) funding. Find out more
