| Justine: | “What is good about working?” |
| Duncan: | “Getting out of the house, feeling needed and appreciated and to be working as part of a small team and it gives me something to do so I don’t get bored.” |
| Justine | “Anything else to add?” |
| Duncan: | “Come back and interview me next year and see how I’m going” |
