It's all about ability, not disability
Last year Cole’s in Queensland in partnership with DWA approved a new stage in the Cole’s Queensland's company. They are targetting and employing people with a disability in different Cole’s upmarket around Queensland. Cole's understood that people with a disability can do the job and they have and emploing them had better outcomes in the company. Cole's want to build on this idea and may put this programme in to different Cole’s supermarkets around Australia.
