The Spastic Centre will support and actively encourage opportunities for people with a disability to develop and maintain the skills necessary to participate and achieve valued roles in the community.
Statement on "Valued Status"
There are no specific policies on valued status. The Spastic Centre's value system and respect toward people with disability are demonstrated consistently throughout the organisation's Strategic Plan, Annual Report, the organisation-wide policies, the Business Plan, Program Plans and Service Evaluations.
The Spastic Centre of NSW values and supports people with disabilities, their families and carers in their communities. Each person with a disability has the opportunity to develop and maintain skills and to participate in activities that enable him or her to achieve valued roles in the community.
