At its highest level, the Board of Directors is responsible for providing the organisation with strategic leadership and direction. This direction is encapsulated with the Strategic Plan and is endorsed by the Board at the beginning of each new planning cycle.
Each planning cycle covers a three-year period and the current Strategic Plan covers the period from 1 July 2007 to 30 June 2010.
