How to set up your computer to view a webcast
:

The webcast is recorded in our Elluminate virtual classroom. Elluminate requires a small application called Java webstart to be loaded on your computer for it to run.

  1. To check whether your computer is set up to access Elluminate go to: http://www.elluminate.com/support/

  2. If it tells you that you need to have Java webstart loaded, you will need ask your IT department to do this, or follow the links to do it yourself.

  3. You will need headphones or speakers on Elluminate logoyour computer to hear the presentation.

  4. Each time you click on the link to open up a webcast, your browser will need to download and open a file called meeting.jlnp. Some web browsers may open a message window or a bar at the top of your browser window asking you if you would like to download and open the file. You will need to allow this download in order to view the webcast.
